What happens next
If this is your first order with me, you will shortly receive an email with a link to set your password for your personal astrology portal. That portal is where everything you ever order from me will live, your chart details, your reports, your order history, all in the one place. Take a minute to set that password when the email arrives.
Once your password is set, I will get to work on your reading and, in due time, I will add your birth details to your profile. From that point on you can log in any time to view your chart information, revisit past reports, and explore the other services the site offers. You do not need to do anything for this to happen. I will have it in front of me when I sit down to do your reading.
When your report is written and ready, I will upload it to your profile and you will receive a message letting you know it is there to download. From that point on it stays yours, for life, alongside every other report I produce for you.
One small thing to check
If the password email or the report-ready message has not arrived when you expect it, please have a look in your spam folder before getting in touch. Email providers occasionally route these messages there. If you do find them in spam, marking them as not junk will help future messages reach your inbox cleanly.
If anything is genuinely amiss, you are welcome to get in touch and I will sort it out. Otherwise, sit tight. Your reading is on its way.
