Some moments are handed to us. Others we get to choose. Electional astrology is the branch of the craft that helps you choose well. If you are about to start something that matters, the chart of the moment you begin it will travel alongside that venture for as long as it lives. A marriage, a business, a contract, a move, all of them carry the signature of their beginning, and that signature can be worked with.
I am Deaglán MacCanna, and I have been practising traditional astrology since 2013. In an electional reading, my job is to find you the cleanest possible moment within the window you have to work with. You tell me the date range you are working to, and the place where the beginning will happen, and I look for the chart that gives your venture the best chance of standing up and lasting.
People come to me for electional work for all sorts of beginnings. The most common are weddings, launching a business, signing contracts, and large financial transactions. But the same craft applies to plenty of other thresholds: listing a house for sale, starting a new job, enrolling in a course of study, moving home, publishing creative work, filing legal paperwork, even the day you bring a new animal into the household. If a thing has a beginning, that beginning has a chart, and the chart can be chosen.
The one thing I need from you is a date range. Electional work is always done inside the real constraints of your life. I cannot move a wedding to a Tuesday in March if the venue is booked for a Saturday in June. What I can do is read the available window, find the strongest moment inside it, and tell you clearly why that moment serves your purpose better than the others. Sometimes the best chart is the first hour of the day. Sometimes it is a narrow window on a particular afternoon. Sometimes it asks you to wait a week longer than you had planned, and I will be honest with you when that is the case.
What you receive
- A hand-written Electional report, delivered as a PDF, identifying the recommended date and time for your beginning, and explaining in plain language why that chart was chosen over the alternatives inside your window.
- A clear note on what the chosen chart favours and what it does not. No chart is perfect. I would rather tell you honestly what your chosen moment is strong for than sell you a fantasy of perfection.
- Lifetime access to your personal astrology portal once you register. Your electional details and every PDF report I produce for you remain downloadable in the one place for as long as you need them.
