Session 1 of 6

Amazing session today!!

I'm truly delighted that we can do this together.

Your focus for the 6 weeks is to Reclaim your Power which I believe you have already started doing before our sessions.

My aim is to help you embody the TRUTH of who you really are and empower you to live your divine blueprint.

As you realised today, you are not alone on this journey and you can call in all the support you need both on the physical and non-physical realms.

The only thing I'd recommend that you do this week is to practice being present, being mindful when doing the small things in life.

Taking time to stop and smell the roses.

The "Big" stuff is being taken care of.

Your only job is to embrace the energy of the Progressed Moon phase that you are currently in which is:

Scorpio. This demands depth, truth, and emotional transformation.

For roughly the past 18 months you have been influenced by this energy which also has the these themes:

* Intense Emotion Undercurrents & Transformation.

*A Time Of Deep Healing, Letting Go, and Facing Fears.

*You may feel: Emotionally Raw, Private, or Protective.

*Drawn To Go Deep, Shadow Work, and Reclaiming Your Power (Life Path 8. Powerhouse!)

We got a LOT done today! But I didn't get to your Personal Year Number which is 4.

The theme for you in 2025 is Foundations & Focus

* Discipline, Structure, Building Long-term Stability.

* You may feel grounded, restricted, tested.

* Honouring effort over urgency.

* Committing without over-controlling.

All of the work you are doing this year lends to ALL of this!

Ask yourself: What foundation am I being called to build this year?

Where are your structures serving you - Or stifling you?

How can you bring steadiness to areas that feel wobbly?

Session 2 of 6

Session 2 was sooo good!

You did really well. I love how willing you are to see what you need to see and be brave enough, even though it hurts, to do what you is best for you right now. The two cards that you got are encouraging you to really BE YOURSELF.

Listen to the messages again in the video (at the end) and notice what stands out for you now.

Where might you be holding back because of fear of the unknown?

What would it accept what is and really just lean into this space?

Only you can decide what you will do, but just know that you are guided and cared for no matter what you decide.

Session Three of Six

Amazing progress Eugenia!

It makes me so happy to see you really coming into your own energy and being so open to using all the amazing little processes that you're learning.

The two cards that you got today are all about where you are now. New beginnings.

Yang is inviting you to take action in the direction you want to go. Time To Go is saying that you have reached the end of the natural cycle and you are being called to release what no longer serves you (thoughts, beliefs, situations etc). This is the time to trust the process of endings , knowing that new opportunities are already forming. You have completed one journey and you are in the process of starting another.

Remember, your progressed moon is in Scorpio! This demands depth, truth and emotional transformation. You'll be in this Scorpio progressed moon for about another 10 months. So, just keep working with it! Which is what you are doing in these calls, so rest assured you are truly creating deep and LASTING transformation! You then move into Progressed moon in Sagittarius! Woohoo! So around June 2026 you feel the energy lighten up and it will bring more curiosity, optimism, and a need for freedom. Nice!

Keep that in mind as you're transitioning through this new phase.

Session 4 of 6

This was a very powerful session.

The key to being our true self is to acknowledge and feel the sensations and emotions in our body as we uncover our patterns.

Another key component is taking responsibility for our patterns and consciously choosing to untangle them.

You are doing this now!

What is important is that we recognise how we protect ourselves.

For example, we may get angry when we're scared but we don't know how to communicate our fear.

We may have been told that our emotions weren't appropriate, but as children we take that as WE are not appropriate.

My recommendations:

Do at least 2 resentment clearings this week.

This is a free-flow exercise.

At the top of the page write the persons name and then just go for it!

Prompts:

"I hate that...."

"I'm so angry about..."

"Why couldn't you..."

"I hate that I hate this..."

"I hate that these patterns are in our family..."

"I'm angry that I have to be the one to clean this up!..."

These are just a few. When you do this the anger may turn into another emotion. Like sadness.

Your job is to stay with whatever emotions you're feeling until they dissipate. Without judgement just allow them to flow through you.

Tap if you need to.

Cry if you feel sad or angry.

When you feel you are done, for now, you can take what you have written and ceremonially burn it.

You could say something like "I am letting go of this old pattern and I release all anger, sadness and unforgiveness in all directions of time and space. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you."

You can make up your own words. There are no magic words. Your intention and willingness are the MOST powerful part of the letting go.
